The City of Allentown is poised for a creative renaissance and you’re invited for a front row seat to experience how creativity and imagination can engage the employees, residents and visitors of today and tomorrow.
Join us for the Business & Arts: Session 3 The Creative Economy & Allentown on Tuesday, October 8 in the Lyric Room at Miller Symphony Hall where you’ll see inside some of the interesting opportunities on the horizon for the City of Allentown’s remarkable revitalization.
A report on the State of the Creative Economy in the Lehigh Valley will be followed by a fascinating panel discussion by leaders in the business, academic and arts communities on the roles of creativity and innovation in developing the future of the city.
Panel members include Berrisford Boothe, International Artist, Professor and Collector of African American Art; Denton Burrows, Professional Artist, Co-Founder of Dripped On Productions; Abu Rizvi, Professor of Economics at Lafayette College; and Jill Wheeler, VP of Marketing for City Center Allentown.
