There is a lot to see, hear, and experience at the Downtown Allentown Marketplace.

From traditional Native American, Polish, Irish, and Arabic dance and music to Afrobeats, Latin rhythms, and everything in between, the Marketplace entertainment lineup celebrates just a few of the many cultures and communities that make Downtown Allentown and the Lehigh Valley such a vibrant place to live, work, and visit.

Performances will take place throughout the afternoon, with local artists, makers, and creatives popping up throughout the Marketplace. Wander from booth to booth, stop and listen to a performance, watch an artist at work, try your hand at a craft, or discover something new.

11:00–11:25 AM | PAZA, Tree of Life

Native American Music & Culture

Start the day with PAZA, Tree of Life, a Native American trio sharing Indigenous music, traditions, and stories. Their performance offers a chance to experience and learn more about Native American culture while celebrating the heritage and communities that are part of our region.

11:30 AM–12:00 PM | Janosik Polish Dance

Polish Folk Dance & Music

Colorful costumes, lively movement, and traditional music come together with Janosik Polish Dance. Their performance brings the energy and spirit of Polish folk traditions to the Marketplace, celebrating a heritage that has been passed down through generations.

12:05–12:35 PM | Carmen Belly Dance + Arabic Drumming

Middle Eastern Dance & Music

Get ready for rhythm, movement, and plenty of energy as Carmen Belly Dance takes the stage alongside live Arabic drumming. The combination of intricate dance and powerful percussion makes for a vibrant celebration of Middle Eastern music and dance.

1:00–1:45 PM | The Pilgrims of Deep Run

Traditional Irish Music

Grab a bite, pull up a spot, and enjoy some toe-tapping Irish tunes with The Pilgrims of Deep Run. Their set features traditional songs, ballads, reels, and jigs that bring the sounds and spirit of Ireland to Downtown Allentown.

2:10–2:55 PM | Afrobeats LV + DJ Romeo

The afternoon gets moving with Afrobeats LV and DJ Romeo. Expect an energetic mix of Afrobeats, dancehall, soca, and other sounds from across Africa and the Caribbean. Come ready to dance — or just let the music be your soundtrack as you explore the Marketplace.

3:15–4:00 PM | Clave Legacy

Latin Jazz & Salsa Fusion

We are closing out the afternoon with the big, vibrant sound of Clave Legacy. This 12-piece ensemble brings Afro-Cuban and Latin rhythms to life with infectious percussion, horns, and danceable grooves. It’s the perfect way to wrap up an afternoon downtown.

The entertainment doesn’t stop when the music does. Local artists, makers, and creatives will be throughout the Marketplace with live art, demonstrations, crafts, and hands-on activities for visitors of all ages.
