Clean, Safe & Welcoming Downtown

How do I report a non-emergency maintenance or repair issue in Downtown Allentown?

For non-emergency concerns—such as broken streetlights, sidewalk damage, graffiti, trash, or other maintenance issues—residents and visitors are encouraged to report them directly to the City of Allentown.

You can submit a request through:

  • The City of Allentown’s online service request system (accessible via the City website)

When submitting a report, be sure to include:

  • The exact location of the issue
  • A brief description
  • A photo, if possible

You may also notify the Downtown Allentown Alliance (DAA). While DAA does not perform all repairs directly, our team can help route concerns to the appropriate city department and follow up when needed.

For urgent or emergency issues, always call 911.
